Bad Points
Absolutely shocking customer service and disgraceful service all round. Do not ever use the merchant! You will only be disappointed

General Comments
I really wished I had read all these reviews before ordering flowers from iFlorist for my wife's birthday. As all the other reviews say, I have a confirmation email and money taken from the credit card but no flowers have either been delivered or even dispatched. It is now obviously after my wifes birthday and am therefore extremely disapponted. I have tried twice to contact them by email but no response. the only number I can find is on ihampers site but very difficult to get hold of anyone. Still waiting for a refund. Good luck if you are waiting for the same
