Good Points
-The customer service was always prompt when I contacted Medion by phone, either for tech support or to ask a specific question.

-Quite fast processor, can handle running 5+ things easily.

Bad Points
-The harddrive is quite loud, and can be heard pretty much anywhere in the house at times.

-I've had it overheat and completely shut down, and don't konw why. There was no dust buildup, air was able to flow around it, inside was clean, etc.

-Randomly freezes sometimes without warning (lagging, 'not repsponding' messages, etc).

General Comments
Overall, The characters, stages and lots more. is pretty good, in comparison to other desktops I've had in the past. It's been keeping up a steady performance for almost three years now, and the speed is still great. However, it would be much better if the bugs were resolved.
