“The worst service I have ever received. Flowers did...”

The worst service I have ever received. Flowers did not arrive at undertakers, we had to have service with no family flowers what so ever. when contacting the company they then said the order was not placed with them, even though we have a copy of the whole order and a copy of the receipt. this was the first and last time we have ever used this company. we must of placed the order with them as we had to create an account with them to be able to place an order.
