“Had a problem with the code not working the first time...”

Had a problem with the code not working the first time I entered it but it turned out to be my fault, pressing the wrong button.



This could have been avoided however with accurate instructions specific to my particular make and model handset, which were lacking.



The support was very good though, resolving my problem without delay.
