I really wish I'd read other people's reviews on here before using iFlorist. They were due to send flowers to my friend in the states a week ago. They debited the £45 from my credit card immediately, but still haven't dispatched the flowers according to my order status online (and my friend hasn't received anything). I've contacted them 10 times now by email (no phone number listed on website) and received absolutely nothing yet. I feel that I have received very bad service and I can't really afford to spend another £45 on a different flower service until they refund me.
