General Comments
There is no telephone number and you will definatly need it! Their international service is very poor and if you are considering using them- I recommend you don't! Not unless you want to spend the next few days trying to track down the flowers you sent like I had to. When they were found they were dead as were packed in a brown box with no indication they were flowers and NO water! I complained online and all they offered was money off the next order - I demanded more, it took 24hrs for someone to call me, they finally offered to send an upgraded bouquet to the recipient, however, they were meant to be delivered yesterday and still no sign. They have been nothing more but useless in my case and I will avoid at all cost from now on. It really was not worth the stress and the disappointment it has caused.
