Ordered Christmas Hamper on 13/12/07 as Christmas present. On 8/1/08 we discovered that hamper was not delivered. Iflorist refuse to issue refund. Iflorist refuse to send an alternative hamper, now that Christmas has well and truly gone. Inflexible.
