I visited the store at Giltbrook, nottingham and was served by Faiz. The sales consultant went the extra mile to help us out and helped us to choose the furniture that was right for us. He was very helpful with the style and colours we chose and the qualities of the sofa that meant we could have the colours we wanted without worrying about stains. He was very professional and not at all pushy. the customer service was brilliant and Annie was particularly helpful. The sofa arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery men were really great and unpackaged the sofa, showed us how to put it together and then re packaged it again. Before making the purchase we had visited DFS, SCS and Harveys and CSL by far was the best. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
