“Postage protection poor!”

I received the an item recently, but was very unsatisfied with the protection the comic had. It was bagged in a creased and unsealed (previously used?) 2mil bag, no backing board or inner package support (as most other online retailers routinely do for new comics - often with free postage) and the flimsy cardboard packaging was not up to resisting the large fold it received either at dispatch or during transit. This resulted in a significant spine and partial cover crease that transferred to several inner pages of what would have been a pristine new comic.

I was not impressed. And it took over a week to dispatch.

I hope that the pre-ordered issue #4 ordered on the same order number and the #5 and #6 I have ordered on subscription receive much better protection.
