We visited Harrogate to look for a bride and bridesmaids' dresses. We were hoping to be made a bit of a fuss of - searching for the special dress for the biggest day of your life should be a special, fun, memorable and exciting experience. Unfortunately, we obviously didn't measure up in the eyes of the saleswoman who was brusque, rude and downright dimissive of us...needless to say, we will look elsewhere
