Good Points
A very good rate

Bad Points
I have never been able to log into my tracker account using my Apple Mac (old OS or new). Using a PC it takes a lot longer than with other sites.

General Comments
The Northern Rock tracker account is a very good account for interest etc., but actually accessing the online account is a pain. Especially if you are an Apple Mac user, as it is impossible when using old an operating system and you have to find a PC. I am not sure about using OSX as I have no access to this now.
