General Comments
I used the Germany Flower Shop to send a gift of wine and snacks to my partner who was going to our friends barbecue. When I reviewed the order I noticed I had included the wrong delivery date. I found the only contact details for the store was email, and it took them 4 days to respond. Then the item was sent on the wrong day anyway; and worse, instead of sending wine and sweets, they sent red roses. Fortunately, my partner appreciated them anyway, but I can only imagine the misunderstandings that could be created was this a gift for a colleague or a friend!
I have emailed them twice now seeking a refund, and 10 days later, still nothing. I only wish I had seen the review left here earlier before I shopped at the Germany Flower Shop!
