Absolutely awful. I ordered 2 saugage rolls and chips. Despite it being reasonable uncrowded my meal took 33 minutes. The chips were served in a cold bowl and were cold themselves and probably the worst chips I have tasted. The saugage rolls were on really hot plates, however, the rolls had not been heated. I asked why they put cold sausage rolls on hot plates and just got a shrug. I asked for one to be heated. 20 minutes later it came back with the pastry warm and the filling still cold. I had run out of time so I gave up. Others have written it is noisy and I agree. The sound of the coffee machine reveberated round the room. If you have children order a drink, maybe, but stay well away from the chips or anything hot.
