I bought an L518 Buffalo grill for my cafe... It stopped working after 1 week! I dont mind mistakes/issues as long as they are sorted quickly/easily, but on speaking to Nisbits, I found their customer support to be the worst I have ever experienced. No reply to emails, phone calls going into a black hole. As a company I have found them to be rude and arrogant. No respect for the customer. I will never buy from them again. From what I have learned of the company and speaking to friends in the restaurant industry, (plus an ex-employee I know), they look to cut corners and supply cheap import rubbish where-ever possible, not caring if the product will break-down (hence, leaving the customer with a problem, ie. a fridge breaks down in a busy restaurant). Please avoid them if possible!
