Requested unlock code for an Alcatel OT 800 as my local phone shop was unable to do, as model not yet on database. Codes were returned within one hour and they worked, phone now usable on any network.

The instructions were a little unclear to me, as I had not done this before, but when read in conjunction with the requests on the handset the abreiviations (NCK and SPCK) made sense.

A fast and efficient service, I am well pleased and will use again if needed.
