My flat has been on the market with Barnard Marcus for about a year. Not many viewings,no offers.

Its a nice home.

Estate agents turning up late for viewings lots of viewings cancelled due to planes dropping out of the sky ,etc..

Not giving viewers correct info about property

No feedback from any viewers (about 15 viewings)

When we are told of viewings no contact names given of people viewing

Staff never call back

Staff lie about calls

Directors/Managers lie (or they seem to)

Directors/Managers can't wait to get you off the phone if you are having a moan.

We only used Barnard Marcus as the guy who did the sales pitch to us said he has 20 years experiance.

As far as I am concerned they know nothing about customer service. DO not use.
