I can only endorse all that has been said on this forum. I am on my 4th FWII and the problems are still there. More worryingly Powakaddy do not care. They have the most appalling attitude of if you don't like it - tough ! If anyone has had a satisfactory response from them can they please publish it on this web site ? Their rep freely admits that they know there are a number of dissatisfied customers but company policy is just let them prattle on - no one will take any notice of them. Perhaps we should all write to Watchdog and suggest this monopoly is a bully and needs to be taken to task. Not sure if any of us know the true value of this market but it must be significant. They are getting away with it !!!!!
