Our experience of purchasing the insurance for our truck was simple with Dial direct. I had some problems with PayPal but phoned in and the agent was extremely helpful so I'm glad I did as he explained a lot more than I had gathered by using the website. Would recommend a phone call if at all unsure about anything. We used the Go Compare Van Insurance website which brought up a number of sites and having gone through all the ones we felt appropriate did the comparison and the Dial direct quote covered our needs so we went ahead. If we hadn't had problems with the pay pal website I would have just purchased on line but in a way I'm glad we did as we had much better service by ringing in. Filling out the forms took some time but was not an onerous task. Completing the forms prior to speaking to the agent was probably a good idea as all he had to do was recover them and deal with our purchase and give useful and appropriate advice.
