“I had cause to contact Daewoo in AUGUST 2008, because...”

I had cause to contact Daewoo in AUGUST 2008, because my set-top box stopped working due to the digital changes being implemented at that time. Despite sending TWO e-mails, neither were responded to, and it is now November 2009.

With Customer Care services like that, I would advise anybody thinking about buying a Daewoo product NOT TO!!!
