“Very dissappointed”

Bought a Scott Scale 970 from Evans. Sadly I damaged the bottom bracket cable guide which seems to be unique to the bike. Was in touch with with a really helpful guy who sent me some other make of guides but they were not correct. He tell me they sent the correct guide to Evans who promised to send to me but nothing received and a man who is no longer responding to my emails; presumably left the company which is a shame because he went out of his way to try and sort things out for me. Bottom line is I have £750 bike that is now a useless piece of scrap after only a few months and Evans seem incapable of providing an after sales service. Won't be buying anything from Evans again.
