Ageas accepted liability for a car accident on my behalf without consulting me just before my renewal was due. Sent a letter informing me which was dated 31/03/17 but did not arrive until almost 2 weeks later after my renewal price had increased! They have been completely unprofessional through the whole thing and have not sent me telephone recordings in which they said they had told me about everything. Money grabbing liars. Their negligence in accepting liability on my behalf voided my own claim so I am out of pocket and have higher premiums. Joke!
