“Employer and Employee”

I have to write this review. I will never ever use BMS again as long as I have to I would turn down the most wonderful job if it meant they were the agency concerned. They have some great roles you apply either you never ever hear back (even though it could be your own job your applying for the experience match is so close) or you get a phone call at awkward times. When you ask them to call back or you will call back you never hear from them again or have to leave countless messages.

You attend the offices for an "consultant interview" to be patronised and down played and presented with jobs that you don't even match to. After a lifetime you eventually leave full of well hopefully positivity and hey presto you never hear back again.

It is so demoralising as a candidate to be treated like a statistic in their "cv gathering" exercise that as I said if there was my dream role I would resist from applying if BMS had the role.

So imagine when I become a employer wanting to recruit sales professionals well 3 phone calls a day from BMS also emails and voicemails galore. Hunted down on LinkedIn and job boards , rung on mobile and switchboard simultaneously in the same minute.

I would never ever like a candidate to be treated the way BMS treat their candidates and also employers maybe I was an exception however my experience has not just been a one off

I have hunted for employment and also been a recruiting manager a few times and experienced this. My advice is go to a professional agency who can be bothered about your company and your future.
