Very pleased with the service of the sales team at your Newcastle office for my group of 21.
However, I was very disappointed when a husband & wife had to cancel as he was admitted to hospital (he was 82). The couple not only lost their deposits of £200, but were also charged £218 for cancelling with EasyJet.I have been organising tours for 30 years, and all my group members who cancelled only lost their deposits with other airlines.
I found another couple to replace them, but told that there would be a £240 name change(£120 pp) plus they would also lose their deposit - total £418. Is this fair!!
I suggest Broadway management speak to EasyJet about this unfair cancellation + name change charge.
