“Poor customer service”

I have been with them about 8 years. Initially they were good with helpful support.

As of the past year, I have had account suspended without notice a number of times, and often wait 1 week or more for support.

I have given them a chance to improve things, especially after they were hacked, and every site hosted with them disappeared with no explanation or apology.

But now enough is enough and it is time to move my services away.
