“at last i have completed my green house!!!! but never...”

It's not often I take time out to write a review but I have had such a poor service from this lot.So here we go quick delivery very good.Large box arrives broken and repaired with tape on inspection damaged items and no fixings so contact them this is quite obviously a common problem which they blame on the carrier. after some time looking at my photos they finally think they know what parts to send me.so a week later no parts phone again sorry we are "very busy" we will send them this week.more calls from them how many do you want!!
finally I get what I want plus a pdf of the feint instructions for what they are worth.after much cursing I have finally completed it but there are many design errors and the instructions are just images without any words to guide you.please be aware you need to slide the vent windows onto the central support early on and not at the end if you do you will have to disassemble to get passed the glazing bars or do a modification cut a notch out of the glazing bar to allow it to slide passed.There are a number of other problems which I was able to get round manly because I am mechanically trained if you are not you might struggle!!!
