I have tired of calling customer service and sending online query more than 15 times. I have been promised that my sofa will be delivered before 28th APR. Today is 28th APR. no one returned a single call. I have been promised return call more than 10 times now which I never received. Worst customer service ever!! Not a single reply to my queries. Avoid DFS if you can.
