My parcel arrived from the USA into the uk on 16th April. Since the 16th there have SUPPOSEDLY been 6 attempts over 6 days to deliver my parcel. Each time i received an email saying they had tried to deliver and had left a calling card. NOT THE CASE. They have a chat line on their website so every day i would speak to them about the fact that there had been no YODEL vans visiting my property . Each time they said they had tried to deliver we had been in the garden or at home. We would have definitely seen a yodel van!!!! Plus, no calling cards. Each time i spoke to someone they said my parcel had been put on the van that morning for delivery! Absolutely appalling. My parcel has obviously been lost, they just need to admit it! Dreadful company. Not once over 6 chats did any of the staff apologise!!!
