“Stay as far away as possible from ATS BRACKNELL”

I have only put one star because you have to.

Absolute shambles of a garage. Serviced my car and replaced coil springs. 3 weeks after my service I broke done on the motorway with 3 children under 8 in my car. I had to join AA (that was no problem as I should of had cover anyway) and pay extra to be recovered and brought home within 24 hours of joining.

I had a mechanic come out to diagnose the problem. It was my gear box, which was so ruined it effected the clutch.

The reason my car had broke down, and gear box knackered was because ATS BRACKNELL - when they serviced my car, they were in such a "rush to get to a beer garden" (5pm on a Friday) they DIDINT PUT ANY GEAR BOX FLUID IN/ Which is part of the service!!!!!!!!!!

The mechanic fixing my car is willing to go to court over it, you can clearly see the plug used to check/fill gear box fluid had never ever been opened.

I have made a complaint, which has gone no where. They are taking the technicians word that he checked it. Although he said there were no leaks, which makes absolutely no sense. If there were no leaks, the gear box fluid would still be filled up. AND IT WASN'T.

I have photographic evidence and a professionals statement to say my car broke down because of the fluid not being filled up.

ATS BRACKNELL have cost me over £1000 in the last month. I really would never ever ever use them - amateurs.

"Customer service matters to them" - rubbish!!!
