What an absolute joke of a company!! Every single month the day the bill email gets sent to me our internet stops working!! Every month I spend around 3 hours on average on hold without getting through! Then they have the cheek to say there may be charges if the engineer comes out and it's my fault! MY FAULT??? Of course it's not my fault I don't jump on my router every night before I go to bed! And apparently every provider would be the same. NO THEYRE NOT. I am I am going to the ombudsman about this diabloicle company they will not be around for long with any luck! I am looking for another provider even though they tried to scare me from doing so by saying the fault would be with any other company ( so now admitting there is a fault). Never had this issue with previous provider only left them as my contract was up and thought I'd shop around wish I hadn't bothered.
