What a disappointment!!!! They are the worst home builders that I have ever come across. How the could be awarded 5* for 8 years in a row is beyond me. They reel you in with all their promises of good customer service post purchase, take your money, you move in and that's when you see the real them. I have had nothing but problems with leaks, internal fittings, external fittings. Poorly decorated, with paint lifting everywhere. Less than robust kitchen worktops and cheap carpets. Like I said in the title avoid at all cost.. Barratts Northampton, is who I went with .....where customer service means nothing! Save your money
