“ed sheeran tickets not arrived ”

we are due to go to see ed sheeran this Saturday 29.04.2017 we are still yet to receive the tickets, already been told they were on there way a few days after booking, we booked these tickets once they went on to sale the same day, we paid a a lot of money for two tickets and we have also at to pay for a hotel because of travelling, so we will not only loose out on a lot of money for the tickets but also for the hotel we booked, no customer service are helpful either, will not book from there again, all we need to know is if we are getting them and if not we want a refund
