“easy to use and follow updates throughout”

The process was simple to follow quick and easy, most of all informative from the start. After my application went through an email to keep you updated on the process and a phone call with friendly informative polite staff. Then further updates via email to let you know when the transfer has been completed.
Available on line and on the phone which is a big help when your in full time employment and finding time to make the calls or emails.
I would recommend this service to my friends in the future. Everything you needed to know was up front before you make the decision.
