I phoned to arrange to see a GI specialist. Initially you could not find my history which should have passed over from Simply Health. You handled this well by just getting on with it.
I phoned to confirm everything today and again you were polite and efficient, I am unsure whether you now have my medical history but you have confirmed all is ok.
