This was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Very professional service but relaxed and friendly. I would never buy from a dealer again. I was really nervous about purchasing a new car from the internet but I can honestly say that I had no need at all to be concerned. I had arranged to pick up my new Nissan Qashqai from the Warrington office last Saturday and when I arrived I was met by the person I dealt with who had managed my purchase from the initial enquiry. I could not have asked for a more friendly person to show me around the vehicle and complete the paperwork. The process was so hassle-free and exceedingly efficient compared to the usual dealership collection experience I could hardly believe it was so easy. The car was located in a secure compound and not surrounded by a maze of other new cars, allowing me to check that I was totally happy with my purchase before completing the paperwork. In summary, a first class service from start to finish and I would recommend New Car Discount to anyone. You will save yourself money and have a very positive customer service experience.
