“My fave workout!!! ”

I was looking for a higher impact workout to compliment my weekly Pilates sessions. I wanted something fun, upbeat and the kind of workout you forget how hard you are really working...So I signed up for the 5 class deal that was being offered. After my first class, I was hooked. I found myself excited for the next workout and even signed up a few co-workers of mine. We love how friendly everyone that works there is to guests. It really is like joining a sweaty family. I feel so empowered and confident during class and I leave feeling like I have really gotten something out of my work out. The instructors are top notch! They truly are the heart of the facility's success and they are so dedicated to motivating and elevating the members. My favorite thing about the workouts is that they are self-paced. The only person you are competing against is yourself.
