I booked a hire car using Holiday Autos. There were issues at the collection desk for my hire car which prevent me from being able to collect my car. I understand this is outside of Holiday Autos control as the car hire itself is operated by third parties, however they were not prepared to refund any of my money even after I was told by Firefly (the car rental provider) that they had not charged anything for the car rental.
I wouldn't use them again as the customer service was very bad.
