“do not waste your money! terrible service!”

Do not waste your money. My partner order me a bunch of the hello spring medium size on same day delivery. He ordered the flowers at 1.30pm states on the website order before 3pm for same day. I was ill and lay on the sofa all day and i also have a dog who barks as soon as anyone comes through the front gate. The flowers were delivered the next day around 11.30am. Although they say they attempted delivery they did not! The flowers that came were nothing like advertised on the website not one flower was the same in stead of tulips i got dried half dead roses. It states on the website tbey may have to change the odd flower due to the season. There was supposed to be tulips and daffodils in my bunch are they not in season??? I got a completely different bunch to what i ordered and paid 6.99 for same day delivery which i did not receive.
