Internet banking/Telephone banking what's the use? When it all goes wrong what you need is someone to help you. I have been trying to get someone to e-mail a reply to my question for 4 days now. Even the Complaints Resolution Centre does not reply. Let's face facts. Bad service is better than no service. I still cannot access my money. Shame on you Standard Bank.
