“APPALLING!!”

We bought a new caravan - a number of issues with it. It took Campbells just short of six months to put things right. We reported them to Tradings Standards & then threatened legal action under the Consumer Rights Act before the repairs were carried out under the warranty. I've given them 1 star because there aren't any minus stars. I will never buy another caravan from Campbells.
