Recently returned from a package holiday to Tenerife. Arrived at the airport to find my flights had been booked. Arrived in Tenerife to find my transfers had been booked. Arrived at the hotel to find there was no rooms booked and the Hotel had emailed Alpha Rooms 1 month before our departure to tell them that they had no rooms available.
Alpha Rooms solution was to refund me my money whilst I was left trying to sort accommodation for myself, my wife and my 4 kids!!
Thank you very much. No apologises from them what so ever.
