“No Buyer Guarantee”

I purchased tickets from vivid seats delivered with flash seats. The concert got rescheduled. Per the vivid seats 100% Buyer Guarantee they are suppose to then help me to resale my tickets or give me a full refund. They tell me I can sell them on craigslist or e-bay and flash seat has their own marketplace. That is what they mean by "help." Flash seats can't let me sell them because of the venue (they never said they would either.) Craigslist? E-bay? Would you buy tickets there?
Vivid seats is a resale marketplace for tickets why would you help me to resale my tickets I bought through you by sending me some where else?
Because I am just a FAN!
I hope other fans out there will not buy from vivid seats. They do not value their FANS.
If this does not convince you go do some reading on BBB about them. I like the one where 6months after a concert was canceled they had to get a refund through BBB. Vivid seats only has a good rating because they pay for it.
