“Terrible customer service”

I would never again purchase anything from SCS.They are keen to take your money then ignore you when they fail to deliver items on time. Nobody returns your call and the branch manager at Metrocentre Gateshead asked an admin member of staff to call me back as he was to busy with meetings etc.That says everything about way the company operates.
