We are delighted with our shutters. They are beautifully crafted and engineered to a really high standard. They enhance the room and don't diminish the light at all - which had been our major concern. We can't decide whether they look better from the road or from inside the room.

The salesmen and managers we have spoken to have been friendly and helpful. Although keen to sell, they have not been pushy or rude when we had a long hard think about whether the shutters were right for us.

We changed our mind several times about the design and at every stage Our fiitters in particular were full of helpful advice. The result has been really positive - and we're thinking about having more!
