Good Points
Is there any? Its a nice colour and works well the first time you use it.

Bad Points
Where do I start? The collection area is too small, it is no good for pets as the hair gets all clogged up next to the filter. the filter needs changed too often.

General Comments
After 4 months I have now gone out and bought another dyson. I used to think Hoover was a good marque but this £159 Hoover DM4493 is now a garage decoration. I find dust piles left on the floor under the vacume when i use the hose. When i use the hose the upright cleaner keeps falling over. And lastly it does get very hot when in use.
