I was looking for stable server with good management that knows everything about linux server maintenance and seems I've found best fit.
RapidDedi provides everything needed and the most important - perfect server management included for FREE! Can you believe it?! At first I also could not, but for now I see it is possible.
I recommend them if you need serer with good technical management and working in a fast stable manner.
