Massively disappointing experience for using the online store for the first time. Consequently due to your inadequacy to deliver a service that I paid for, I will now have to ship the products to my wife at great expense, instead of in my suitcase. No response from emails I have sent after being told to escalate the matter when I rang this morning, and an offer to refund the delivery charge was both patronising and inadequate.
