Good Points
Convenient - they picked and dropped off the car.
Bad Points
Expensive for all the 'extras' that need to be done. Don't call back when they said they would.
General Comments
Car was serviced and returned to me, however with a new problem that I don't remember being there before. I called them to report the problem and was told the garage would contact me. This call never came and despite me calling a further two times, I still had no response. A few months later (and the problem a lot worse now) and I finally got round to writing an email of complaint to the Directors of Prestige Car Servicing. I haven't had a response directly from them, however to my shock and surprise, the garage finally contacted me!
