Good Points
All stainless steel, good for the hygiene.

Bad Points
Mine only freezes the mix down to -7C then the ice cream gets to hard for the motor. The plastic gear wheel on mine easily breaks if you let the machine run too long.

General Comments
This Musso Stainless Steel Pola Ice Cream Maker is a restaurant machine for making ice cream that is consumed immediately. For that purpose it works well. Since it does not freeze down to recommended -12C the ice cream gets "icy" if you store it.
