Good Points
When it works it has good suction.

Bad Points
Filter blocks too quickly. Thermal cutout forever cutting in. Needed an engineer 3 times in 14 months then the motor seized. This is a very poor product and is definitely not value for money. Hoover customer service, when you get through, is very poor.
