General Comments
When the Daewoo DS608P box arrived on the shop floor I rushed over to check what it was. looking at the demo model, it looked very fashionable and would go with my silver VCR and TV. It was only £52, and If I didnt like it, I could take it back. Great!
Setup was easy. Plug this into that, and then press a button for 6 seconds. within minutes, the system had fully setup, had welcomed me, and was showing BBC1 in a clear digital reception.
Im a university student, and I decided to take it back with me to my halls. After plugging it into my other tv, and with pressing the button on the back, it automatically tuned into the network and was ready to watch, once again, in less than a few minutes. One of the most easy to use systems!
The TV Guide is very extensive, showing many chanels at once, however a downfall over sky is how far it shows into the future, as it only shows Now and Next. It also has a good inidication of what transmitter you're locked onto, and what the signal strength is. It also warns you when your batteries are low, and when the signal is getting too weak! One of the best buys Ive made this year!
